The primary Rizk rules are outlined in its Terms and Conditions. Before registering on the site and joining the community, you must accept these provisions (the following are the most important):
- You must be 20+ years old; if not, Rizk will ban your account;
- Rizk won’t send your personal information (banking, passport, and other details) to third parties;
- Self-excluded gamblers aren’t allowed to create a casino account (it entails a ban);
- The platform doesn’t allow you to deposit stolen money;
- You cannot hold Rizk liable for malfunctions of your device or Internet service provider;
- You are obligated to declare only accurate information during Rizk registration;

Rules on Sports
Sports betting is a huge Rizk section, and it follows specific rules. Here are the main ones to consider:
- Rizk accepts bets on different lines grouped into singles, combined wagers, and multiples.
- Even though Rizk changes pre-match and live odds, you get a payout based on the odds you’ve wagered on.
More so, Rizk has separate bet rules for specific sports. For instance, if you wager on basketball and the match isn’t completed, the bookmaker returns all the wagers.

If a player's gambling becomes problematic, they can set restrictions on their account. By contacting Rizk support, anyone can request daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits or full account closure.
Risk Disclosure
When wagering at Rizk, you risk losing your money. Most Rizk games are RNG-based, meaning you cannot influence the outcome of a round and your stake is subject to chance. Please consider this risk before registering on the site.
Refund Policy
Rizk's refund policy applies in two circumstances. First, within 24 hours of a deposit if the funds have not been wagered.
Second, Rizk will consider refund requests made within 30 days if a transaction was carried out by someone other than the account holder. In such cases you agree to provide notarized proof of identity. If such identification is not provided within 30 days, Rizk reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit its balance.
